A speech by the brother of the Arakan Army Chief
In 2018, Twan Morn Naing uploaded a video. It has “genocidal intent” written all over it. Not only is he the brother of Arakan Army Chief Twan Mrat Naing, but he also reportedly leads the Humanitarian and Development Coordination Office of the United League of Arakan (ULA). I can't confirm this because their media office ignores my inquiries, yet they were quick to use a page from this Rohingya Refugee News and a tweet of mine at their press briefing today!
