Leaked Junta papers reveal a planned joint attack

Myanmar and Bangladesh joined forces in a deadly crackdown against a Rohingya insurgent group, the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA), according to confidential minutes from a recent high-level meeting of Myanmar's junta. The document recently became public but its explosive contents, located within a single, overlooked paragraph, remained untranslated and unacknowledged.   Until Maung Zarni spotted it, and sent it to me.
